Position Overview

We're seeking a Technical Product Manager who excels at translating business requirements into clear specifications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product vision and technical implementation, working closely with the technical lead to ensure successful feature delivery by engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Documentation & Communication

• Create clear, detailed feature specifications including:
  • User stories with defined acceptance criteria
  • Functional requirements and expected behaviors
  • Key user workflows and scenarios
  • Success criteria for feature completion
• Break down complex features into manageable components
• Maintain documentation that serves as a reference for engineering teams

Feature Development Support

• Work closely with the engineering/technical lead to validate requirements and approach
• Guide engineering teams through feature requirements, ensuring a clear understanding
• Be available for clarifications during development
• Review features against original requirements
• Coordinate with technical lead on implementation questions
• Document and communicate any scope changes during the development

Product Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to understand feature requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications
• Prioritize features and maintain product backlog
